About the Speech Associates

The Speech Associates is an inter-disciplinary private practice offering in-home/school speech-language therapy across the GTA, from London to Ottawa. Our team of 30+ therapists welcome enthusiastic, energetic, passionate therapists to join our expanding practice.

Our mission is to help our clients reach their potential in their own environment in which they live, learn or work.

Why Work for Speech Associates?

Speech Associates is affiliated with the University of Toronto, and we have one of the largest teams of Speech and Behaviour Therapists in Ontario. We offer competitive compensation and the opportunity to supervise support personnel.

We use online documentation! With Alayacare, our clinicians have access to top-of-the-line software that makes charting as easy as possible.

We also welcome newly graduated Speech-Language Pathologists, and provide mentorship & guidance throughout your time with us. In addition, we provide our clinicians with a data base of assessment materials/treatment tools to ensure that they have everything they need.

Types of Therapy Provided

Our Speech-Language Pathologists assess and treat children, with the support of our amazing team of Communicative Disorders Assistants, who work with adolescents and adults with articulation/phonological/motor-speech difficulties, dysfluency, language difficulties, learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, dysphagia, voice and autism. We also offer therapy for accent reduction.

Our Behaviour Therapists assess and treat children, adolescents and adults with behavioural issues (emotional regulation, elopement, reducing challenging behaviours, non compliance), life skills (self help, hygiene, dressing), and other behaviour related needs.
